Gayle’s Reflections:
Are you feeling the quickening? Isn’t time speeding up and maybe you feel like you are running out of time? All of this is due to the greater, more advanced levels of consciousness we are expanding toward. Our base of knowledge is multiplying daily, way more than we can easily acknowledge or absorb. To me it often feels like the abundant universe is pouring into our Earth and bodily vessels all of the wisdom of all of the ages. It is overflowing around us to prepare us for our next evolution. We are just too slow and dense to really understand it consciously, but some of us are.

EB reminds us to be receiving and empting simultaneously. Empty what is not needed and receive that which nourishes us and bring joy. The supply is limitless! Mostly, we don’t believe this is true and we may feel unfulfilled or insufficient. STOP THAT NOW! You have a choice.

Use EB to consciously see around you all that you are, and all that you have received. With open eyes see the abundance. Open to receive more joy and love.

EB symbolizes a cornucopia. Allow yourself to feel full and have a sense of being satiated. BE the empty chalice and receive your own essence.

Qualities: spirit, breath, inspiration, presence, truth, co-creator of reality, simplicity, unseen forces, integration of polarities.

Gayle’s Reflections:
When I look at this card my brain doesn’t make the connection to spirit or unseen forces. It appears so linear with a defined form. It represents air, the direction north, and without it we would not be inspired to anything. For without breath we cannot exist. Perhaps the symbol helps to bring form from the formless. Even though our eyes cannot see inspiration we know when we are inspired as our thoughts become super-charged with energy also known as excitement. It is a top-down experience. The symbol reveals that inspiration originates from the brain and the breath then moves to the belly where it becomes manifest.

If you doubt your connection to Spirit, know that it happens from time to time for most everyone. Get in touch the Divine by acting on your inspiration. Each time you do that you will develop a stronger bond, and trust in your own knowing will follow. Your ability to co-create your life will expand. Allow the unseen forces to be your guide.
