Resolution of Duality

RESOLUTION OF DUALITY:

perception of duality, mass consciousness, personal resolution, integration of polarity

Gayle’s Reflection:
“Resolution of Duality asks to confront the illusion of separation and duality.”(The Mayan Oracle) As we begin to see ourselves as part of a whole, (humanity, nature) we are able to shift our perspective from singularity to the collective. This is how polarities are integrated one at a time. Being able to see both sides of an issue i.e. right and wrong often creates a new choice. We sometimes define that a compromise and other times it is a completely new paradigm.

How can we change our belief systems to incorporate the whole (greater good) rather than clinging to paradigms which no longer serve us and are not working? Start with yourself. Begin to resolve your own inner conflicts and thought forms. You must first be aware of what they are. Seek then to find the gift within the challenge that presents itself as dualistic. Ask questions like; What is the gift I am receiving as I walk through this? How will I grow and change? Can I soften or let go of my attachment to this dualistic belief? How does this belief limit my growth and expansion?

Slowly we resolve duality within ourselves and then it moves outward on a larger scale.

ONE: (Unity)

unconditional love, one heart, indivisible essence, core vibration, new beginnings, chalice of the infinite, All That Is

Gayle’s Reflection:
“One is the ray of unity with self and Source.” (The Mayan Oracle) This is another way of saying I am the Alpha and the Omega…the beginning and the end and everything in between. Maybe the truth is that there is no beginning and no end, only all that is. The paradox is who we know ourselves to be is separate from all that is, as a result of living a life of duality. Duality confuses us into thinking we are separate from source. We are not. We need only remember this at all times. All answers can be found within you.

Take this hump day and center yourself into all that you are and open your heart to infinite love. Breathe deeply into the truth of this and continue to allow all of the unconditional love available at every moment from within every cell of your being come rushing forward into your awareness of it.

Open your heart to the words from the spirit of Simba’s father Mufasa, in The Lion King “Remember who you are.” WE are all one indivisible heart. Now smile as you remember this truth.
