From Conflict to Communion

From Conflict to Communion
By Barbara Brennan

You are beginning to understand
and deeply experience
the difference between communication
and communion.
Or, if we were to step more deeply into duality,
communication may not be existent at all!

Co-creation moves from confusion to conflict to
confrontation to communication to communion
to at-one-ment and still being.

Gayle’s Reflection:

These words are very revealing. She is saying the process of co-creation(which is with God, I create, you create, we create) involves the movement of energy beginning at confusion and moving through conflict, confrontation, communication, communion until you reach at-one-ment and stillness of being, where the process rests and then begins again.

In this moment, these words identify for me a very deep process and understanding of what marriage and divorce can look like. As we step into the template of holy matrimony we set up a series of “C”s that two people regularly negotiate and move through every day.

Noticing which “C” you on are may alleviate many a divorce, as you choose to consciously understand and create a happy married life. We sometimes get stuck at one of these places, perhaps conflict or communication. Since it takes two to co-create and when one spouse isn’t moving within the process, things break down and can remain in that position of no communication or lots of confrontation. Only with awareness of position can we move through it.

This can replay with the same souls over many lifetimes until it is resolved or completed to at-one-ment. Having this guideline helps us to identify where we are. Ask yourself do I still want to stay here? How can I move toward communion and stillness which feels much better to me than conflict or confrontation.

Allow the Divine to assist and answer your call to co-create more love. Under all conflict is a fear of lack of love.

Choose to open to the flow the love.
Choose to apply forgiveness as the balm of conflict.
Choose to free yourself from lack of love.

Continuously trust the wave of “C”s to bring you to COMMON-UNION with God, Self and Other.

Thank you Barbara for this wonderful road map for Co-Creation!

CO-CREATION =
Confusion → Conflict→ Confrontation→ Communication→ Communion→ At-One-Ment and Still Being

See you tomorrow,
Love Gayle
