Replace Your Judgments With Love

Day 21 SOS Poetry Project

Replace Your Judgments With Love
By Barbara Brennan

Replace your judgments
with forgiveness and love.
First to the self, and then to others.

It is in this way
that you release your psycho-noetic residuals
or those portions of the self
held in darkness and forgetting
in the energy blocks in your bodies.

You will enlighten them.
And, as they become awakened
into your conscious awareness,
they then join the creative pulse of life
flowing through you,
moment to moment to moment.

And so we greet you here
in this lovely atmosphere
to begin another day of self-inquiry
of surprises and delights
of what you find in your inner landscape
of the abilities you have not yet recognized
within yourselves.

This is our purpose
in this communion with you.

Gayle’s Reflection:
How many judgments do you have in a day? Hundreds? Thousands? Ten? We humans are designed to have many judgments and discernments throughout the course of the day. We determine how fast to travel on the highway, where to eat for lunch, or how we feel about our job and the end of the day. All are forms of judgment. Much of it does not require forgiveness or love. Some of it does.

Judgment is a skill set we learn very early in our development. Our parents show us how to dress, speak and behave. This creates a level of judgment of what is acceptable and what needs to be adjusted. Criticism is judgment toward the self, the person, rather than the object. Over emphasis on the imperfection will develop early childhood wounding around not being good enough or loveable.

We learn these patterns and execute them as we grow and have relationship of all sorts. We judge ourselves, we just others, and we judge with a critical eye our workplaces and institutions. All of which are comprised of people like ourselves.

Most of the judgments are not necessary. Most of them fall behind the pain of wounding and sometimes release the psycho-noetic time capsules. Releasing them is a gift of healing. Take the sacred moment of release and understand the origin. That is the point in which to forgive and love the self and other. In that moment the creation of a judgment based on fear is transmuted into Love.

Forgive and love yourself for not knowing about it prior. With application of love, enlightenment arrives and the wisdom pours forth in the form of conscious awakening. This frees up the flow of your creative pulse.

So check those harsh judgments mid-stream and notice if they require love, forgiveness or both. Apply as needed and go forth into your day with a larger volume of love to vibrate out as you recognize more of yourself.

Thank you Barbara I love practicing Love and Forgiveness.
See you tomorrow,
Love Gayle.
