“The Gift of Humanity”

The gift of humanity
is the gift of love.
You create love
through the sacred human heart.
You are the beloved.
It is through relationship
that humanity creates love.

The gift that humanity brings
to all of the worlds,
manifest, unseen and unmanifest,
is love.

It is only through the process
of incarnation into individuality,
that you can create
this precious human love.
You fill yourselves with love.
Your cup runneth over, and you emit it.

You create pools
of delicious, joyous, sensual, loving kindness. You need only to recognize love within yourselves
to let it flood your consciousness awareness.
You have no need to decide
what to do with your love,
for certainly love knows its ways.

“The gift of humanity is the gift of love.” Barbara says we create pools of it through our sacred human heart. Right now my heart physically aches with each breath I take. Perhaps this vehicle of love creation is gunked up from the scar tissue of suffering created from the perceived loss of love. Maybe it aches for the extreme self-judgment I place upon my own heart and human being-ness.

I need only recognize the love within myself to let it flood to my conscious awareness. This is the tricky part; loving myself. Love is already here in me…of me…a part of me. Why can’t I feel it, know it, access it every day? Oh wait, of course, I CAN do that. Keep remembering love starts in my own heart for me first. Then the expansion moves out toward another.

Deeply caring for my own well-being, satisfaction, pleasure, joy and kindness is my daily exercise and practice. Regular deep listening to my physical body, for rest, food, play, and nurturance is necessary. Allowing the full transmission and expression of my feelings until they are completely at peace is what my emotional body requires. Understanding the physical and emotional needs while bringing awareness to how the mind and its’ relentless, repetitive negative and sometimes positive thoughts actually create what shows up on the physical world.

I must continuously empty the chattering, distracted and undisciplined mind and simply drop down into my sacred heart and just be there. Just be there creating a pool of love to dip myself into for cleansing and healing and receiving the gift of my own love. Without my physical, sacred human heart, the creation of love would not be possible.

Love knows what to do. All I have to do is choose it, receive it, be gifted by it and present to it.

Thank you, Barbara for showing the big picture of love and human incarnation. I see more clearly who I am within it.
